Congressman Biggs Demands Answers from HHS and FDA on Pfizer Vaccine Data
Today, Congressman Andy Biggs sent a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) demanding answers on their claim to need 75 years to answer FOIA requests on the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine data.
“It is ridiculous to assert the need for 75 years to process FOIA requests concerning information on the vaccine that Biden and the Far Left are mandating for Americans," said Congressman Andy Biggs. "There must be transparency about the vaccines that American taxpayers subsidized. But, once again, the Biden administration is demonstrating the complete ineptitude of federal bureaucracy and why it has no place in dictating the private healthcare decisions of the American people.”
