Hillary Clinton on Friday fired off a tweet targeting the GOP health care plan saying, "Forget death panels. If Republicans pass this bill, they're the death panels."

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) responded to Clinton's social media post, calling it "laughable" and that ObamaCare is to blame for the health care dilemma in the United States.

PHOENIX — Arizona Sens. John McCain and Jeff Flake on Thursday said they were studying a new Senate health care proposal repealing much of Barack Obama's health care law and imposing big cuts to Medicaid, but the proposal was slammed by many who have been lobbying for it to retain coverage for millions of Medicaid patients.

We've heard all manner of complaints about the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, many of them fully justified. They've most recently drawn the wrath of the President for putting the temporary kibosh on his travel ban, but the list of perceived sins by the largely liberal judges spread across that massive holding dates back much further. Leaving ideological leanings aside for the moment, one of the biggest complaints about the Ninth is that it's so… well… big. It's territory covers locations with a total population of more than 60 million people.

PHOENIX — An Arizona congressman said he does not expect a lull in divisive rhetoric following the shooting of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise to last.

"I would like to believe that people in the world change but I'm not convinced that it will be a long-lasting change," U.S. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) told KTAR News 92.3 FM's Reality Check with Darin Damme on Wednesday.

Biggs said it took mere hours after James Hodgkinson opened fire on Republican congressmen at a baseball field for people to begin battling anew on his Facebook page.

The House Judiciary Committee recently debated the Secret Service Reauthorization Act, a bill with broad support from both sides of the aisle. As debate concluded, Democrats introduced an amendment that's sole purpose appeared to be to attack President Donald Trump. Debate quickly slowed to a crawl as Democrats on the committee rambled on relentlessly repeating unfounded and exaggerated claims about our President.

This is the new normal in Washington, D.C.

This week, the U.S. House of Representatives will pass the Financial CHOICE Act. It will eliminate the idea of "too big to fail," which actually meant "too small to grow." It will provide regulatory relief to the financial services industry by rolling back unnecessary government intrusion into our financial system. This result is that American consumers and small businesses will have more access to capital. This will, in turn, create jobs.
