Congressman Andy Biggs Praises December's Jobs Report
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The December jobs report showed a stronger-than-expected jobs and wage rate increase across the United States. Congressman Biggs released the following statement:
"This latest jobs reports proves that Republican policies of tax cuts and regulatory reforms stimulated the American economy and caused incredible growth for individuals, families, and businesses. I'm pleased to have supported these efforts in the just-completed 115th Congress. In the first days of the new 116th Congress, House Democrats are already attempting to roll back our work to unleash this economic resurgence in the nation; I encourage them to rethink their schemes and work with Republicans to continue the progress we have made."
