Congressman Biggs Congratulates Western Caucus Chairman Paul Gosar
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, the Congressional Western Caucus Executive Committee re-elected Congressman Paul Gosar as Chairman for the 116th Congress. Congressman Biggs, Regulatory Reform Officer of the executive committee, voted in favor of Chairman Gosar’s re-election and released the following statement:
“I congratulate Congressman Gosar on his re-election as Chairman of the Western Caucus. Under his leadership, the membership has grown significantly, and our influence has expanded throughout the House and Senate. We have effectively fought for our priorities of eliminating onerous regulations and fostering economic prosperity throughout the past two years. The Western Caucus has never been in better shape, and I am privileged to serve with Chairman Gosar.”
Congressman Andy Biggs is a first-term Representative from Arizona’s Fifth Congressional District, representing parts of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Queen Creek. Congressman Biggs is a member of the House Judiciary and Science, Space, and Technology committees, and is the chairman of the Environment Subcommittee. He lives with his wife, Cindy, in Gilbert.
