Congressman Biggs' Statement on DOJ's Commitment to Turn Over Documents

January 4, 2018

GILBERT, ARIZONA – Last night, the Department of Justice (DOJ) acquiesced to a congressional demand to turn over any documents related to the Russian dossier and to make available key witnesses for Capitol Hill testimony. Congressman Biggs released the following statement:

"I am encouraged by the DOJ's commitment to hand over requested documents and provide witnesses for congressional testimony. This is a step in the right direction. Kudos to Chairman Devin Nunes for his relentless pursuit of truth. I hope the DOJ pursues broad transparency with Congress and the American people in 2018."
