Congressman Biggs Visits the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix
GILBERT, ARIZONA – Yesterday, Congressman Biggs toured the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix with Director RimaAnn Nelson. He released the following statement:
“Yesterday, I visited the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix for a briefing and tour, and I appreciate Director Nelson and her team for taking the time to meet with me. Ensuring the quality of the health care our veterans receive is a critical part of keeping our nation’s promises. It is vital for both the VA and Congress to work together to ensure that these heroes receive the best possible care available. Going forward, we will work to cut unnecessary red tape, hire and retain skilled medical professionals, and improve outcomes for the Phoenix VA’s patients.”
