Rep. Andy Biggs Sends Letter to DHS Secretary On Release of Illegal Aliens Without Court Dates
Today, Congressman Andy Biggs (AZ-05) sent a letter to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas requesting answers to a report regarding illegal aliens being released into our country without court dates. These actions have raised serious concerns about DHS’ commitment to enforcing the law.
“The border crisis is worsening by the day, and Secretary Mayorkas continues to add more incentives to those who willfully break our laws and take advantage of our system,” said Congressman Andy Biggs. “The American people are seeing first-hand the crisis-creating actions of this Administration, and I will ensure those in leadership will be held accountable to enforce the law.”
The letter was signed by 14 congressional members and can be found here.
Congressman Andy Biggs is a third-term Representative from Arizona’s Fifth Congressional District, representing parts of Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Queen Creek. Congressman Biggs is a member of the House Judiciary and Oversight and Reform committees. He lives with his wife, Cindy, in Gilbert.
