Congressman Biggs Sends Letter to President Biden Demanding Answers On Border Crisis

Today, Congressman Andy Biggs and 33 of his colleagues sent a letter to President Biden demanding answers about his administration’s handling of the border crisis and its failure to reimplement the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) as ordered by Judge Kacsmaryk.

“It is well past time for President Biden to acknowledge the border crisis that he has created and enforce laws to secure the border,” said Congressman Andy Biggs. “Biden has worked overtime to erase Trump administration policies and programs, like Remain in Mexico, that were securing our border and discouraging illegal immigration. We are demanding that the President provide Congress with accurate information about the extent of the border crisis so that we can understand the full impact of his open border policies.”
