Next week, Congressman Andy Biggs will hold an off-site hearing to address the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI)’s overreach on America’s press. The hearing will feature at least 15 prominent Republican lawmakers who are House Freedom Caucus members and serve on the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees. Three expert witnesses will provide testimony. The event will examine the abusive tactics employed by the DOJ and FBI and their efforts to circumvent the judicial system to perpetuate these injustices.

Today, Congressman Andy Biggs and a group of 37 House Republicans partnered with Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) and 30 Republican senators in introducing a resolution to repeal the Biden Administration's latest asylum rule. The group of lawmakers is introducing a "joint resolution of disapproval" under the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to remove the asylum rule.

On Saturday, Congressman Andy Biggs held his 3rd Drop Zone event at Tri-City Baptist Church in Chandler. Drop Zone is a resource fair for veterans, seniors, and their families to gain easy access to the services they need. Services included free haircuts, VA representatives, taxpayer advocate services, the Arizona Caregiver Coalition, Senior Advisors of the East Valley, and more.

“Today’s ruling made by Judge Coury is a win for Arizona’s fifth congressional district and for the integrity of the nation’s electoral system,”  said Congressman Andy Biggs. “The radical Left is going to extreme lengths to prevent Republicans from running in congressional elections. The frivolous argument used against me has been used in several other states to target mainstream Republicans running for re-election. Their efforts are failing and will continue to fail.

The recent Senate confirmation hearings for Biden’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court have revealed reasons that disqualify Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. Americans need to let senators know why they should be voting “NO” when this nomination comes to the Senate floor.

Judge Jackson is dangerous to children. Her record shows that she prefers to protect those who harm and exploit children over the children who are victims.
