Today, Congressman Andy Biggs and a group of 37 House Republicans partnered with Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) and 30 Republican senators in introducing a resolution to repeal the Biden Administration's latest asylum rule. The group of lawmakers is introducing a "joint resolution of disapproval" under the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to remove the asylum rule.

On Saturday, Congressman Andy Biggs held his 3rd Drop Zone event at Tri-City Baptist Church in Chandler. Drop Zone is a resource fair for veterans, seniors, and their families to gain easy access to the services they need. Services included free haircuts, VA representatives, taxpayer advocate services, the Arizona Caregiver Coalition, Senior Advisors of the East Valley, and more.

The recent Senate confirmation hearings for Biden’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court have revealed reasons that disqualify Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. Americans need to let senators know why they should be voting “NO” when this nomination comes to the Senate floor.

Judge Jackson is dangerous to children. Her record shows that she prefers to protect those who harm and exploit children over the children who are victims.

Yesterday, Congressman Andy Biggs sent a letter to David Ferriero, the Archivist at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration, in an effort to hold the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) more accountable for its veterans’ record request backlogs. The NPRC has only recently returned to operating at full capacity after operating at reduced levels since March 2020. During that time significant backlogs developed which have caused hardship for veterans.

Today, Congressman Andy Biggs (AZ-05) reintroduced the Budget Process Enhancement Act. This bill makes two major reforms to the budget for fiscal year 2023. First, it removes language that would provide budget adjustments based on inflation levels. Second, it continues Congressman Biggs' longstanding commitment to "no budget, no pay" by holding the salaries of members of Congress in escrow if they do not agree to a budget resolution in a timely manner.
