GILBERT, ARIZONA – Today, Congressman Biggs introduced the Patient Access to Medical Foods Act to further expand treatment options for Americans.

The FDA currently defines medical foods as any food product that is specifically manufactured to meet a distinctive nutritional need. Unlike dietary supplements—a better-known but completely different product category—medical foods are often tailored to be consumed under ongoing physician supervision to help patients manage chronic conditions ranging from type 2 diabetes to Alzheimer's disease.

GILBERT, ARIZONA – Today, Congressman Biggs introduced the Voter Integrity Protection Act, which would amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to make voting in a federal election (unless otherwise provided for under the federal criminal code) by an alien who is unlawfully in the United States an aggravated felony and a deportable offense.
