Today, Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) released the following statement on today’s verdict in The People of the State of New York v. Donald J. Trump:

“This politically motivated prosecution has been tainted from the start and spewed forth a stench of prosecutorial persecution until this managed verdict. Prosecutor Bragg’s star witnesses are proven liars, the presiding judge is a Biden donor, and the jury pool overflowed with Trump Derangement Syndrome. 

This week, Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) introduced a resolution condemning the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrant applications for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant. 

Today, Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and eight Republican colleagues sent a letter questioning the actions of the Council of the Inspectors General for Integrity and Efficiency’s Integrity Committee (IC). The IC has a statutory responsibility to review allegations of wrongdoing on the part of Inspectors General and their senior staff, but appears to have failed to do so.
