Each year, millions of Americans are diagnosed with terminal illnesses. These people are fathers and mothers, sons and daughters, husbands and wives, grandpas and grandmas. More than anything else, these individuals hope to determine their own future.

One thing these people don't have is time.

It is imperative that Congress pass the Right to Try Act immediately, allowing millions of Americans to have the freedom to fight for their health. Time is of the essence.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Last night, Maryland judge Roger W. Titus ruled that the Trump administration acted within their constitutional authority when repealing Obama's DACA executive order. While this is welcome news, unfortunately the DACA program will continue in perpetuity because competing rulings have mandated the program remain in place until all legal challenges are resolved. WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the U.S. Supreme Court, in a 5-3 decision, reversed the judgement of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in the Jennings v Rodriguez case. The case involves several illegal aliens who have been ordered deported from the United States, but who disagree with being detained while challenging their deportation. The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, in a departure from federal law, ruled that these aliens are entitled to challenge their detention every six months until a final decision on their deportation is made.

"Yesterday's indictments again prove that then-candidate Trump did not collude with Russia in the 2016 election. We have been told repeatedly by high-ranking government officials that Mr. Trump did not collude with Russian agents, nor did Russian activity in the 2016 election effect its results. These indictments continue to vindicate President Trump of allegations meant to delegitimize his Presidency.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) said he's in favor of releasing the Democratic memo countering the GOP document alleging that the Justice Department abused a surveillance program against a Trump campaign adviser.

"I support the declassification of the Democrats' memo - once the necessary redactions have been made. The American people deserve to read both memos side by side," Biggs tweeted Saturday.

The Republican, who has been a supporter of Trump, also said during an appearance on Fox News's "America's News HQ" he was in favor of the memo being released.
