Today, Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government Chip Roy (R-TX) sent a letter to Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser and Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) Chief Pamela Smith in response to a report that the Biden Department of Justice (DOJ) has advised the Washington D.C. Medical Examiner to dispose of the remains of five preborn children whose bodies were reportedly recovered from the Washington Surgi-Clinic.

Today, Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ) introduced the Fiscally Responsible Israel Supplemental Act, 2024—legislation that would provide $17.6 billion in military and security assistance to Israel and pay for that spending by repealing the Fiscal Responsibility Act (FRA)’s Department of Commerce and IRS “slush fund” created during debt ceiling negotiations last summer.
