Today, Congressman Andy Biggs (R-AZ), Congressman Tom Tiffany (R-WI), and Congressman Matt Rosendale (R-MT) sent a letter to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Commissioner Troy Miller regarding reports that CBP officials are being instructed to extend the operating hours of Northern Border ports of entry up to 24 hours without sufficient manpower to monitor them.
