Arizona's Rep. Andy Biggs has introduced legislation that would increase criminal penalties for illegal aliens convicted of fraudulently voting in federal elections. The Voter Integrity Protection Act was introduced to the House of Representatives on Friday.

The act would make illegal voting an aggravated felony, which would theoretically merit expedited deportation for those convicted of federal voter fraud. The existing penalty for casting a vote as an illegal alien is a mere year in prison and a fine. Congressman Biggs stated on the legislation;

The FDA currently defines medical foods as any food product that is specifically manufactured to meet a distinctive nutritional need. Unlike dietary supplements—a better-known but completely different product category—medical foods are often tailored to be consumed under ongoing physician supervision to help patients manage chronic conditions ranging from type 2 diabetes to Alzheimer's disease.

House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs introduced legislation that would strengthen penalties on illegal immigrants convicted of casting fraudulent votes.

The bill, which the Arizona Republican introduced on Friday, less than three months before Election Day, seeks to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to make it an aggravated felony for illegal immigrants to cast fraudulent votes in federal elections.

WASHINGTON – Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Prescott, joined a chorus of Republicans defending the changes to the Postal Service and accusing Democrats in a sometimes-heated hearing of conspiring to create problems with this fall's presidential election.

"I want to clear up some obvious political disinformation that the majority is putting out," Gosar said at the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee meeting where Republicans defended cost-cutting moves by new Postmaster General Louis DeJoy.

On Friday's broadcast of the Fox News Channel's "Hannity," House Freedom Caucus Chair Andy Biggs (R-AZ) stated that 2020 Democratic presidential candidate former Vice President Joe Biden's call for a national mask mandate is about "control" and an infringement on state sovereignty that Biden does not have the power to issue. Biggs further stated that "if they're going to start shutting down over flu every year as well, you're going to have a big problem going forward with centralized power."
