He turned his attention to public service, giving Arizona a champion for western issues and worked to preserve American military preparedness.

GILBERT, ARIZONA – Today, Congressman Andy Biggs introduced the Fund and Complete the Border Wall Act. This bill fully funds, completes, and pays for the border wall, while giving Border Patrol agents the resources they need to do their jobs. Congressman Biggs issued the following statement:

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against President Trump's 2017 executive order that withholds federal funds from certain U.S. cities that do not cooperate with federal immigration laws, remanding the case to the lower courts for further consideration.
