WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 6784 – Manage Our Wolves Act by a vote of 196 – 180. This bill directs the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to delist the gray wolf from the endangered species list; allows states to manage individual wolf population, and exempts the gray wolf delisting from judicial review to prevent further litigation. "Illegal aliens and their enablers continue to flout the laws of the United States. The federal government has failed to enforce our immigration laws, and Congress has allowed incentives to enter this country illegally. We have continued to provide foreign aid to our neighbors to the south even though they permit, and even encourage, thousands of their citizens to enter the U.S. illegally.

GILBERT, ARIZONA – Today, Congressman Andy Biggs sent a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, asking that he request full funding for the development and implementation of AMBER Alert in Indian Country communication plans. This funding is crucial to fulfill the work already in progress to implement the Ashlynne Mike AMBER Alert in Indian Country Act, which was signed into law by President Trump last April.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Congressman Andy Biggs introduced a resolution supporting state "move over" laws, which require drivers to shift lanes away from tow trucks, police, and emergency vehicles whenever it is safe to do so. "Mr. Simpson's testimony is necessary to further determine the extent of the abuse by leaders in the previous administration's police apparatus. They apparently used their power against a political opponent, Donald Trump, during the 2016 presidential campaign.
