Biden is supposed to sign new immigration orders Tuesday as part of his administration's push to roll back Trump-era policies, including tackling family separation, the root causes of immigration, and the legal immigration system.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, President Joe Biden signed three executive orders that will make the United States less secure and incentivize illegal aliens to enter the country. The orders start the process to: 1. Reward illegal alien parents who subjected their children to dangerous journeys to the border; 2. Allow illegal aliens to potentially remain in the United States for years while their asylum claims are pending, returning to catch and release; and 3. Roll back Trump administration policies that previously restored integrity to our immigration system.

GILBERT, ARIZONA – Today, Congressman Andy Biggs re-introduced the Native American Education Opportunity Act, which establishes a five-year pilot program to allow Tribes to create an education savings account (ESA) for Tribal enrolled students who currently attend Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools. The Native American Education Opportunity Program would be funded through Title II of the Every Students Succeeds Act, of which $8,000 would be deposited into a student's ESA.
