Dear Mr. President:
(The Center Square) – Unless Gov. Doug Ducey challenges the ruling, restaurants in Arizona have lost their ability to sell alcoholic beverages to-go.
A Maricopa County Superior Court judge ruled Tuesday that restaurants in Arizona cannot sell drinks to customers who intend to leave their place of business.
Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., during an appearance on Newsmax TV's "Chris Salcedo Show" Wednesday said there is enough evidence to investigate Joe Biden and his "cronies" if he does get elected to the White House.
Biggs also suggested President Donald Trump winning Arizona is "an uphill battle" but that "there is an opportunity and I think, and I pray and believe that he's going to do it."
Several news outlets have called the election – and the state of Arizona – for Biden. The New York Times has not called Arizona in favor of either candidate.
House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) is calling on the Trump administration to dramatically reduce the number of troops in Afghanistan and Iraq in the coming weeks.
In a letter sent to President Trump on Wednesday, the Arizona Republican — who has been a vocal critic of the United States having a prolonged military presence in the region — said that the country's involvement in the countries has "been enormously costly in lives and dollars."
Rep. Andy Biggs,R-Ariz., called the new restrictions put in place by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo a "tyranny."
"Pseudoscience and tyranny at its worst," Biggs tweeted in response to a tweet from Fox News contributor Sara Carter.
Carter's tweet pointed out that Cuomo didn't criticize the people recently celebrating over President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.
Attorney General William Barr authorized prosecutors on Monday to look into allegations of election fraud in a letter after the media called the election despite claims of voting irregularities in several contests.
On Saturday, 39 House Republicans sent a letter to Attorney General William Barr requesting the Department of Justice to investigate allegations of potential voter fraud. The letter asserted, "With widespread reports of irregularities, particularly in the vote counting process, it is time for you to use the resources of the Department to ensure that the process is conducted in a manner that is fully consistent with state and federal law.
A coalition of 39 House Republicans on Saturday sent a letter to Attorney General William Barr, asking the Department of Justice to investigate allegations of potential voter fraud. According to the members, it's important for Americans to have "the utmost confidence" in the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.
