WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Andy Biggs sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General William Barr, urging him to investigate U.S. Representative Bill Pascrell for possible civil rights violations in his efforts to obtain the disbarment of certain members of President Trump's legal counsel in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Pennsylvania, solely because those attorneys attempted to represent President Trump in his efforts to secure the integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election.
GILBERT, ARIZONA – Congressman Andy Biggs introduced a resolution to censure U.S. Representative Bill Pascrell for conduct that threatens the livelihoods of American citizens in a way that is not befitting an elected Member of the House of Representatives.
Representatives Warren Davidson (OH-08), Andy Harris (MD-01), Debbie Lesko (AZ-08), and Randy Weber (TX-14) co-sponsored the resolution.

"Fascist wannabes won't muzzle my free speech or stop me from defending our republic," Pascrell said. "Those supporting this pathetic resolution are complicit in Trump's attempt to become a dictator."
