Congressman Biggs continues to prioritize veterans issues in the U.S. House of Representatives. Recently, Congressman Biggs reintroduced the Phoenix VA Congressional Oversight Act to restore accountability and transparency to the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care System.
