GILBERT, ARIZONA – This afternoon, Congressman Andy Biggs sent a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, requesting names of everyone who has served - past and present - on Robert Mueller's special counsel investigation. Congressman Biggs was joined on the letter by Congressman Scott DesJarlais, Congressman Jeff Duncan, Congressman Matt Gaetz, Congressman Paul Gosar, Congressman Andy Harris, Congressman Jody Hice, Congressman Ralph Norman, and Congressman Scott Perry.

" You need to understand there is no border," said Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., asked to explain what people who don't live in border states miss about immigration.

"There's no border, No. 1," Biggs continued. "No. 2, the impact of that is everything from drug smuggling to human trafficking to violence."

If I were a citizen of Mexico, living in Guadalajara, and decided I wanted to emigrate to the United States, I would have to apply for the legal documents to enter the U.S. while I remained in Mexico. It would require a significant period of time and a thorough process before I could legally enter.

After entering America legally, I could apply for citizenship and wait the decade or so before it is my turn. I would not be given special treatment outside the regular, legal path.

Republican lawmakers are asking the Justice Department's internal watchdog to hand over the names of unidentified FBI agents and employees mentioned in its report on how the FBI investigated Hillary Clinton's private email server.

Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., and seven other Republicans wrote a letter asking Inspector General Michael Horowitz whether the FBI employees in question should be unmasked "in the interest of justice and transparency."

A group of eight House Republicans has asked Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz to give them the names of FBI employees mentioned in last week's report on the Hillary Clinton email investigation, some of whom were portrayed as anti-Trump.

The letter said the lawmakers were "grateful" for Horowitz's work in compiling the report, but added that they were requesting the names "in the interest of justice and transparency."
