GILBERT, ARIZONA – Last week, Congressman Andy Biggs led a congressional delegation to the U.S.-Mexico border to better understand the escalating crisis caused by illegal immigration. Congressman Biggs was joined by Rep. Matt Gaetz, Rep. Sean Duffy, Rep. John Joyce, Rep. Duncan Hunter, Rep. Dusty Johnson, and Rep. Pete Stauber. During the trip, the delegation met with Angel parents, Border Patrol agents, DEA officials, ICE agents, Immigration Court judges, and Customs officers. The event, which featured a National Anthem rendition from Diana Stocker, TAPS from Jacob Petersen, remarks from Mike Broomhead, and Colors from the American Leadership Academy's Black Eagle Squadron, drew over 2,000 East Valley residents and vendors.
