DACA is the amnesty that nobody wants. DACA recipients don't want it because it doesn't do enough. Opponents believe it does too much and that other priorities, such as a border wall, must come first. We can pay for that border wall by taxing remittance payments.

The end date of the missing texts coincides with the appointment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. PHOENIX — Republican lawmakers, including U.S. Congressman Andy Biggs of Arizona, were pushing for the release of a memo they said showed abuse of power by the FBI and Justice Department.

"It needs to be public. I think Americans will be outraged when they read what I read," Biggs said Friday on KTAR News 92.3 FM's Arizona's Morning News.

"We just have to get it on the [Senate] floor and vote to reveal it."

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence allowed House lawmakers to view a classified memo. Congressman Biggs viewed the document this evening and released the following statement:

"I am outraged by what I read, and the American people deserve to know what Congress now knows.

"I will be joining several of my colleagues to urge House leadership to declassify this material. Nothing within this memo would impair national security. My constituents deserve full transparency on this issue."

"I am fundamentally opposed to earmarks. The old system was flawed, leading to corruption and coercion. Congress was right to stop the rampant earmark abuse and work towards a more transparent appropriations process.

PHOENIX — The Republican-controlled U.S. Senate said it was close to agreement on immigration issues that included the futures of thousands of young people in the country, but one Arizona congressman still objects on principle.
