The vote came after Chairman Jerry Nadler recessed the committee overnight in a show of bad faith to the Republicans and to the process – in order to hold the vote this morning in front of the cameras. Congressman Biggs voted against the articles and issued the following statement:

Americans are taking notice, just look at the headlines. CNBC said that "the jobs market turned in a stellar performance in November." Bloomberg News stated that "U.S. Jobs Trounce Forecasts; Wages Heat Up." USA Today wrote that the U.S. "Economy added booming 266,000 jobs in November."
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 4863 to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank (Ex-Im) for ten years and increase its portfolio cap over that period to $175 billion.
